My girls - Emilee is in the 5th grade, heading off to middle school next year, and Gabby is a freshman at UNC-Wilmington. My husband is Harold Wooten, and from the beginning has been my biggest supporter and fan. I would not have been able to go back to school to complete my undergraduate studies, or continue my studies at the graduate level, without him. Harold is a management consultant (Harold's web site), teaches at Johns Hopkins University, and is an author. His first book was published last year (Harold's Book).
My non-academic life? I love to garden, quilt, knit, read, travel, build 3-D jigsaw puzzles, solve crossword puzzles, and participate in pretty much any type of athletic event.
